2023 ICAAP Annual Education Conference
Description
Join over 100 pediatricians, family physicians, and other health care providers for a day of excellent educational content and networking with colleagues from across IL.
The conference will be held in-person at Northern Illinois University Naperville, 1120 E. Diehl Road Naperville, IL 60563.
Thursday November 9, 2023 from 3 PM - 6 PM: Pre-Conference Sports Medicine Educational Session
Thursday November 9, 2023 from 6 PM - 8 PM: Annual Awards Reception
Friday November 10, 2023 from 8 AM - 4 PM: Full day of education sessions, including the Garry Gardner Memorial Keynote
By attending, participants will:
- Update their knowledge of clinical issues by reviewing “hot topics” and recent practical advances for the office in key subspecialty areas.
- Increase their ability to diagnose and manage patients in the practice setting by analyzing and discussing cases with the faculty and peers.
- Incorporate into practice current information related to health disparities in Illinois, asthma guidelines, obesity guidelines, and hyperbilirubinemia guidelines.
- Update knowledge of different sports injuries and learn hands-on approaches to dealing with them.
You should attend the conference if you are a:
- General, primary care pediatrician or family physician;
- Pediatric nurse practitioner;
- Pediatric and medicine-pediatric resident or fellow;
- Allied health professional, including registered nurses, physician assistants, and others

All conference registration cancellations must be received before October 25, 2023 in order to receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. There will be exhibitors at the conference and ICAAP will sharing attendee names with the exhibitors.
